In some instances, our photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated.
Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.

The florist is always kind, timely, and creative, and the arrangements are cute and well-made. However, I paid extra for “additional flowers to enhance the bouquet,” but it seems like no flowers were actually added. Instead, the florist included a flowering succulent that was already part of the arrangement. While it looked nice, I’m left wondering if the result would have been the same without the added cost. Overall, a good experience, but a bit of clarification on the “additional flowers” would have made it better.

The succulent arrangement was very pretty, although very small. It was delivered timely. There was one piece of peach fudge. I think the website could be updated to show better examples of what will be received so you know more what you are ordering. It seems a little misleading. The order you placed were both the standard sizes, which are our smallest items that include a small garden and a singular piece of fudge. I was so happy that my birthday succulent bowl made it to my son the very next day even though I ordered it late the night before. My only complaint is the pink animal they chose to put in it. I would have preferred to have something a little more “manly”
