To help ensure that your order is delivered within the time frame you have requested, please provide an updated address and phone number for the recipient. We only call the recipient if we have been asked to contact them before delivery, if they are not home at the time of delivery, or if there is issues with the address. If the recipient is not home at the time our drivers are at the requested address, we will try to call and/or send a text message. We can leave the arrangement at the door if they will be home in a short period of time, otherwise we will leave a door tag. Since the climate here in St. George is rather hot, we do not not leave arrangements at the door because the flowers will wilt and die. Unless the recipient or sender has authorized, it is better to have to the flowers redelivered when the recipient is available.
